During their imprisonment the bandits make straw hats. Footage of President Dartiguenave, who has been president for four years. Czechoslovak legionaries, wearing the uniforms of all nations represented, parade in a city square. The soldiers march through the streets of Prague before large crowds. A military band precedes the troops. Ten soldiers are lined up along a curb. Each wears a different uniform. There are more shots of the parade and a shot of the crowd waving hats enthusiastically.
