- Washington, D.C.: Uncle Sam Has New Guardian of Finances. Secretary of the Treasury McAdco turns over his office to Representative Carter Glass and personally hands him his commission from the President.
- London, England: Yanks March in Lord Mayor's "Victory Show". Escorted by procession of allied troops, Sir Horace Brooks Marshall, London's new Chief Magistrate, drives to the law courts in stately coach to assume office.
- America's Winged Warriors! Remarkable motion pictures showing the development of Uncle Sam's stupendous aerial program made by a Universal staff photographer by special arrangement with the United States Department of Military Aeronautics.
