Description:
- Boys of the Old Brigade. Chelsea veterans reviewed by General Lyttleton on Foundation Day. Chelsea pensioners in their formal tricorn hats march out to be inspected by the elderly General Lyttleton who is in full dress uniform. Lyttleton talks with a few of the more frail pensioners who are sitting on benches with nurses nearby. The pensioners pass in review before General Lyttleton.
- King and Blind Knight. Investiture by King George V in the Quadrangle of Buckingham Palace. An elderly blind civilian is knighted. Soldiers, some of whom are wounded, march towards a dais to receive awards. Several nurses are also decorated for bravery.
- British Troops in Italy. Batteries on river Piave. Shot from boat as it passes barges camouflaged with reeds secured alongside the river's edge. A fast motor boat RE.15 overtakes the camera craft, its wake disturbing the tall reeds.
- Callous German Hospital Bomber. French capture Gotha with its crew. Captured Pfalz D.III parked in a cobbled square. French troops look on as five German prisoners wait by railway tracks before boarding a train.
- Hun Threat to Paris. British soldiers watch as refugees pass along a dirt road on farm wagons, bicycles, and on foot. A refugee column waits while a British convoy with a limbered 60-pounder passes.
- Legitimate River Trippers of Today. Convalescent British soldiers taking a pleasure cruise on the Thames, London, June 1918. The men board and are served tea by the women looking after them. Below decks the women serve a meal.
- Made in Germany. French troops guard an overturned German A.V. tank, Western Front, 8 May 1918. Close to Villers-Bretonneux the tank Elfriede, the victim of the first tank-to-tank engagment on 24 April, lies on its side with its track mechanism clearly visible.
- Prince of Wales in Italy. A view of the mountain area. The Prince walks with with his French escort through the snow-covered lower slopes of the area, hardly visible throough his heavy winter overcoat.
- More and More Americans. Heroes of Montididier who won undying fame in defence of Paris. US troops and guns on march in rear areas, Western Front, 1918.
- The Fight for the Woods. Cavalrymen, probably of 1st Cavalry Division, canter down the slope in columns of two and move through a wood.
