- 1. Material was received from Dawson City in 2 shipments - 506 reels in 1978 and 26 reels in 1980. Of these 389 reels, primarily of American fiction, were transferred to Library of Congress for conversion. Reference copies of some of these reels were returned to NFTSA.

Description:
- Bobby and his mother go to the beach. The boy brings along a book on pirates. He falls asleep and dreams that pirates kidnap two girls on the beach along with their mothers. Bobby goes to the rescue, rows to the pirate ship and frees the captives while the men sleep. The pirates take off in pursuit. While the captives escape on the beach Bobby defeats the pirates single-handedly. He wakes up back on the beach with the other bathers. <4mn>
