Description:
  • This new film on the ancient city was designed around the Royal 22nd Regiment - the famous Van Doos - and the colourful ceremony of the Changing of the Guards. The scene is the Citadel, high above the St. Lawrence River on Cape Diamond. One of the principal characters is Batisse, the goat mascot who was given to the regiment by its Colonel-in-Chief, Her Majesty the Queen. The tourists who watch the ritual also drive through the narrow streets by caleche and look at the oldest house, the churches, Laval University, and the monuments. <7mn>
