Description:
- A chemist experiments in his lower class home while wife Irene and daughter Rose sit outside on the porch. Cut to social parasite, Mrs. Wharton, and her accomplices playing cards. The chemist receives an offer of $50,000 for his new formula. The family makes plans to purchase a better house and does so from Van Dusen, the real estate agent.
