vol.XI, no. 12. 192
Remark:
A country parson, being in the City, cannot resist a visit to the theatre, although he is constantly inveighing, from his own pulpit, against the wicked frivolity of such worldly pleasures. He is much discomfited by the boy in attendance, as he imagines his identity is discovered. Boy: "This way up the middle aisle, Sir, please."
